  The grinding paper type pneumatic grinding machine has the machine equipment which uses the sandpaper pasted on the jaw plate to polish the surface. It is light in weight and easy to use by pressing the power switch, but the grinding force is not as good as the pneumatic type.



  Operation specification and attention

  The preparatory work should be done well

  1. Clean up the machinery, equipment and working area. Prepare the workpiece to be polished and polished, and check whether the workpiece is qualified.

  2. Before polishing, make sure that there is no other dirt on the surface of the workpiece. If there is a gap or defect in the plate, it should be welded again before polishing.

  3. Check whether there is screw loosening, power failure, safety device, standby button, safety accident direction changing equipment is in normal operation.

  4. Install and tighten suitable sand wheel blades, wear masks, earmuffs, protective glasses, and work clothes.

  5. Commissioning, carry out the first sample polishing, check whether it is in line with the polishing requirements, and then start large-scale polishing work only after it is accurate.

  Remember the operation steps

  1. Before working, check whether the louver wheel is damaged. When installing, check whether the maximum allowable speed ratio of the shutter wheel is consistent with that of the spindle bearing.

  2. The goods to be polished should be placed stably, and the large parts should be fixed in many ways to prevent the production and processing defects caused by the deviation of the goods in the whole grinding process.

  3. Proper use of special grinding tools, and immediately and regularly check and replace the seriously damaged louver wheel or sandpaper.



  4. When the electric angle grinder is used to grind the welding joint, a layer of "grinding oil" shall be applied depending on the situation. "Grinding oil" is beneficial to grinding and avoids dust splashing from grinding particles.

  5. During grinding, the special grinding tool should be held tightly. The shutter wheel and the driving face should be maintained at 15-30 ° from shallow to deep (a → b), and the surface dent should not be caused by excessive force.

  6. When grinding and polishing the surface, the net weight of the special grinding tool should be used. The polishing plate is stably integrated with the production surface, and the method of translation transformation or uniform circular motion is selected, and the force and angle of view can not be changed in the middle of the way.

  7. In the whole process of grinding, it is necessary to inform the argon welder to repair the welding defects on the surface of the commodity immediately when there are air holes, weld beading, cracks and other conditions on the surface of the commodity.

  8. Quality inspection shall be carried out after grinding. There shall be no obvious cracks and dents in the grinding area and no welding spatter around the surface. The commodities should be stored and stored in a classified way, and the security measures should be taken.



  Common problems at ease

  Fine grinding:

  1. When grinding the corner, make the grinding surface and the blank holder in the same direction in the same plane as far as possible;

  2. When grinding the full length welded plate, grind it into relative bevel angle or circular arc according to the processing technology, and keep it consistent with other R angles of the same plate as far as possible;

  3. It is not allowed to use coarse ball mill to grind decorative design surface;

  4. After rough grinding, the number and total number must be marked with identification plate, and different plate numbers need to be protected significantly.

  Fine grinding:

  1. Use the polishing cloth wheel to polish the welding part of the part, which must be consistent with the blank holder R angle;

  2. It is not allowed to use polishing cloth wheel to polish decorative design surface;

  3. When the rotary table grinder is used for fine grinding, the applied force is uniform, and it is not allowed to stay at a certain point for a long time;

  4. After fine grinding, the number and total number must be marked with identification plate, and different plate numbers need to be significantly protected.
